"First time coming here after looking for something close to home and the reviews did not lie! Ribs were fall off the bone good, pulled pork was delish, the sausage was better than I've had anywhere else, and the mac? Dude... Most flavor I've had in mac ever! Portion size is plenty enough for 2nds. Time has a chill attitude and seems to love what he does and his food confirms this. Thanks for the grub my man. I WILL be back!"

"Leave no doubt, Roan knows his stuff. I like to smoke meat and know my bbq and this place is the real deal. His meat is soo good on its own, but his bbq sauce is also one of the best I’ve tasted. We ordered the ribs and the nachos and both were top notch, thanks for the delicious meal, we’ll be back!"

"Delicious food and highly recommended! Food truck is located in the Chevron Station parking lot on 72nd Ave. My family tried almost everything on the menu. Great flavor! My favorites are the BBQ nachos, pulled pork sandwich and fresh cut fries. Loved it so much, I hired Rome to cater our work party for 100 guests last weekend. Not only does he have wonderful food, but he is such a nice person and great to work with. Employees enjoyed the food and I heard a lot of comments that the mac and cheese was the best they've ever had. I will definitely be returning."

"Oh my goodness... The food here... Oh my goodness. This is THE BEST BBQ I've had in 35 years, and I have had some EXTREMELY GOOD BBQ from all over the nation. The man's name is Rome, and Rome knows what he's doing. The meats are cooked, seasoned and sauced to absolute perfection, and if you have the opportunity to sample his "Dino Ribs", DO SO. They are absolutely spectacular. I'd nearly given up on finding anyplace (or anyone) who knew how to do big, succulent, BBQed BEEF ribs properly until I stumbled across this place. Don't let the food cart appearance fool you. I haven't had BBQ done this well or this deliciously in 35+ years. If I had the financial wherewithal, I would try to set Rome up with an actual sit-down restaurant (which I suspect might draw more customers) His pork ribs are magnificent, and his Dino Ribs are absolutely heavenly. I only wish I could afford (financially AND metabolically) to eat here more often. Because the BBQ here is absolutely TOP NOTCH!!!"

"We ordered 2 pork butts and 3 racks of ribs from him for a party- everyone said it was hands down the best bbq they had ever had. The ribs fell off the bone and melted in your mouth, the pulled pork had the absolute perfect level of juice and smoke…and the sauce he made was drinkable lol!"
